How To Transfer Money Transfer
An Easy & Simple Process
The Sender needs to bring and provide the following for a Money Transfer:
1. His/her original & valid Nadra CNIC along with 1 Photocopy (Mandatory)
2. Receiving person's valid Nadra CNIC Number (Mandatory)
3. His/her own mobile phone number (optional) & receiver's mobile phone number (Optional)
If the Sender and Receiver mobile phone numbers are provided,
* Both the Sender and Receiver will be able to receive transaction information via a SMS message
* Customers will be able to save the record of transaction on their phones
* Will be needed for any customer support required
Important Note:
Expired Nadra CNICs will not be accepted for the sending or receiving of Money Transfer transactions.
The Receiver needs to bring and provide the following for a Money Transfer:
1. His/her original & valid Nadra CNIC along with 1 Photocopy (Mandatory)
2. He/she must know the Transaction ID and Transaction Passcode (communicated by the Sender)

2. Ask the retailer/shop keeper to pay your utility bill through easypaisa bill payment service.
3. If you use any mobile service, give the retailer your mobile number to receive a confirmation SMS.
4. On completion of the payment, collect the stamped bill, which carries the transaction ID and Agent ID.
5. If you have mobile phone, don't forget to check that you have received a confirmation message.
6. If you do not have a mobile phone, check the confirmation message on the mobile phone of easypaisa agent.

easypaisa info service allows all Telenor subscribers to get information on the Utility Bill Amount and the nearest easypaisa outlets for utility bill payment.
